DotA 6.83d Allstars (IceFrog)
DotA 6.83d Allstars is the last version developed by IceFrog, who for many years was responsible for the official updates of the DotA map. In 2009, he left the project to focus entirely on his role as the lead designer of Dota 2.
This version features hero balance tweaks, bug fixes, terrain and elevation adjustments, improvements to item building, and internal code optimization for better overall performance.
DotA 6.83d Allstars Features
After downloading DotA 6.83d Allstars, place the file inside the “Maps” folder of Warcraft III. The default directory is:

- To play this map in LAN, first run Warcraft III as administrator. Then create a game in Single Player » Custom Game. When the game starts, the message "Map size limit has been disabled, LAN games are now available" will appear. This unlocks the map for LAN play. Exit the match and then host it again in the Local Area Network section.
